India: Major ports launch nationwide campaign on grievance redressal

Major ports across the nation have started a special campaign to address any outstanding complaints in order to guarantee the efficient operation of the most important infrastructural facilities.

Workshops with their PPP stakeholders were also hosted by major ports under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways as part of the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) 2.0.

The major goal of holding these workshops was to fix as many problems as possible right away and to plan a course of action with a specific deadline for the issues that remained.

Meetings of the Redressal Forum are being held to resolve issues amongst various stakeholders and speed up the PPP project’s execution, resulting in better and more effective port services.

Deendayal Port Authority, Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority, Mormugao Port Authority, New Mangalore Port Authority, and Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, met with numerous stakeholders and hosted a PPP grievance redressal conference among other important ports.
