Tamil Nadu Government Announces UPSC Prelims Scholarship Programme for 2024

 

In a significant initiative to support aspiring civil servants, the Government of Tamil Nadu has launched the UPSC Prelims Scholarship Programme for the year 2024. The program aims to provide financial assistance to 1000 aspirants preparing for the UPSC Preliminary Examination.
Selected candidates will receive a monthly scholarship of ₹7500, aiding them in their preparation journey. The selection of candidates will be conducted through a screening test, ensuring that only the most deserving aspirants benefit from this scheme. The eligibility criterion for the scholarship is possession of any undergraduate (UG) degree.
The screening test is scheduled to be held on 15th September 2024. Interested candidates are required to register for the scholarship programme by 17th August 2024. Registrations can be done through the official website www.naanmudhalvan.tn.gov.in.
